Hello

I am Leobardo Guajardo, Digital Transformation Leader, with experience driving initiatives where business, technology, design and innovation converge.

Throughout my career I have worked with multidisciplinary teams to transform business problems into digital products and solutions, using agile methodologies, Lean UX, automation and, more recently, Generative Artificial Intelligence.

I am particularly interested in exploring AI not as an isolated tool, but as a new partner within the creative process: from understanding and structuring a problem, researching and synthesizing information, generating alternatives and prototypes, to accelerating the validation and communication of a solution.

In these mentoring sessions, I want to help you incorporate AI practically into your UX workflow, identifying where it can truly amplify your work, which tasks are worth accelerating, and, above all, where human judgment still makes the difference.
